With the success and market growth of 2cm- and 3cm-thick porcelain pavers, coping capabilities are in demand more than ever.
WE OFFER THE EQUIPMENT, TOOLING AND EXPERTISE YOU NEED FOR PROFITABLE COPING PRODUCTION.
Porcelain coping is in demand for multiple outdoor uses, including stone-wall caps, pool decks, patios, and stair treads. Your business can take advantage of this demand by installing or expanding coping-production capabilities.
Product diversity is best achieved with equipment and tools that allow multiple finishing options. For example, different types of edging can be created. The most popular paver-edging option is a “squared edge.” This requires precision-grinding the underside edge of two pavers, allowing both pavers to form a perfect 90-degree corner. In comparison, stair treads typically feature a full bullnose edge, as well as anti-slip grooves that help prevent accidents.
