HISTORY
There is no trade school that teaches about specialized technology, products, and manufacturing in the ceramic industrial field. Knowledge and skills must be acquired differently – through hands-on experience, years of hard work, and opportunities to work with diverse customers. That’s exactly how we reached the level where we are now. Plus, we know our learning must never cease. So, we are regularly exploring new machinery and advanced techniques that can help our customers succeed.
Our company was founded in 2000 by Giulio Valente, who now has over 35 years of ceramic-industry experience. He grew this business by learning and applying his trade, hiring and personally training employees, and building relationships with many of Italy’s leading producers of machinery and consumables for ceramic, stone and brick production. He continues to run the business and advise customers today by serving as our President.
OPERATIONS
Most of our Products are Shipped from our Alpharetta, Georgia, Distribution Center to Ensure Fast Fulfillment
This large facility is our primary stocking point for diamond tooling, mosaic production consumables, and spare parts. The vast interior is filled with a continuous, rolling stock of Italian products. In fact, a new shipment of Italian-made products arrives every month! This allows customers to order small, easy-to-inventory quantities and benefit from fast, affordable shipping.
Second Distribution Center in Atlanta provides additional support. Factories throughout North America rely on us to complete their orders accurately and on schedule.
